DIETARY INFORMATION
We never compromise on using high quality ingredients that will fuel your body and please your taste buds too! We are proud to offer bakes that are always free from wheat, grains, peanuts, cane sugar, soy, gums, refined oils, preservatives, and artificial colours, flavours and ingredients. Several of our bakes are also made with organic plant based fats and are dairy-free.
Ingredients we bake with include:
Flours: Almond, organic coconut, organic psyllium husk, organic arrowroot, organic tapioca
Natural Keto Sweeteners: Chicory root fibre, organic stevia, monk fruit extract, erythritol (plant-based).
Natural Paleo Sweeteners: raw local honey, organic coconut nectar, organic maple syrup
Wholesome Fats: coconut milk, organic virgin coconut oil, pro-forest certified palm shortening, and butter
Natural Colouring: Derived from plants and flowers
