  • Prepare invoices and process payments for wholesale accounts and customers

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage owners calendars

  • Assist senior manager or owners with daily administrative tasks and company projects

  • Create efficient databases for tracking of store inventory, product information, employee overtime hours and other company needs

  • Enter nutritional data in software to calculate new product macros

  • Develop and maintain filing and storage systems in the office

  • Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items

  • Retrieve documents and files when requested

  • Data entry

  • Cost new recipes using company database

  • Check and organize company emails

  • Schedule meetings and sync owners calendars

  • Order office and all bakery supplies

  • Proof read company materials – menus, website, order forms, training manuals

  • Prepare and maintain wholesale and customer order pick up schedules and verify all orders are accurate

  • Schedule meetings and prepare minutes

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers/owners


  • 1-2+ years experience in administrative role or equivalent education in office administration

  • 1+ years customer service experience

  • Typing speed: 60WPM with 90 percent accuracy

  • Familiarity with mobile technology and google suite

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures

  • Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving

  • Self starter and independent worker

  • Digital/graphic design an asset

  • Working knowledge of social media programs such as Hootsuite an asset


Full-time, 30-40 hrs per week (Tuesday - Saturday, flexible)
6 month contract with potential for permanent employment
